Les gestes de transformation du blé is a sound and video installation, with images on five screens and multi-broadcasted sound. It gathers five video pieces about mediterranean cuisine : couscous grain in Portugal, italian home made pasta, Cretan phyllo pasta, tunisian brick pastry and tannour bread.
